The board of directors of Thai Airways International Plc (THAI) on Friday approved the resignation of Ampon Kittiampon from the position of chairman, the airline announced.
His resignation will take effect on March 10. Mr Ampon will remain a member of the board of directors, the statement said.
The board of directors appointed vice chairman ACM Prachin Chantong the new chairman, effective from March 10, the statement said.
