PDRC protesters visit Bang Khae

People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) protesters are marching along Phetkasem road on the Thonburi side of Bangkok to invite people to join the PDRC's "last major rally" against the so-called Thaksin regime, reports said.

Led by Suthep Thaugsuban, Sathit Wongnongtoey, Akanat Promphan, Putthipong Punnakant and Sakoltee Phattiyakul, the protesters gathered at Soi Phetkasem 25/3 near the Bang Wa station of the BTS sky train and marched along Phetkasem road. Their destination is The Mall department story at Bang Khae.

From Bang Khae, they will travel on prepared vehicles back to Lumpini.

Activities will be held this afternoon at Lumpini Park to mark the PDRC's 180 days of anti-government protests.
