Let Absolute Fit Food do the calorie counting for you. Created by certified nutritionists and food design consultants, they make sure their offerings are good for your body and full of flavour too. If you want to have a model’s body, consider the offerings from Yo & Bee Diet Foods Delivery, a brainchild of well-known Thai models Yo Yossavadee and Bee Namthip. Yo & Bee also works like a diet programme. Not only do they offer calorie-counting recipes but also a rough guideline on how to lose weight. A handbook will be sent to you along with the food. You need to provide some information about yourself and follow the diet plan. Each week, a subscriber receives three meals and one light meal every day for six days and he/she can eat freely (but healthily) on the seventh day. Stock your pantry with home-made offerings from Urban Pantry. They offer weekly menu items such as various artisan breads (healthier than mass-produced loaves made with additives), condiments, marinades, sauces, all-natural nut butters and sweet treats such as dried cherry and white chocolate biscotti. The menu is posted on Monday morning on their Facebook and you can place your order for the week by 5pm on Tue and expect it to be delivered within Fri. Saijai Healthy Food sends vegetarian and fish dishes to your address and tries to use as many organic and seasonal ingredients as possible. Every month, they announce a daily list of dishes on their website. You can order individual dishes with brown rice but you need to do so at least two days in advance before 11am and pay the delivery cost.
