Jim Thompson Farm in Nakhon Ratchasima will host several fun-packed and creative workshops this month.

Each workshop is designed to let participants learn through hands-on experience and also bring home their products.

The Green Mango with Sweet Fish Sauce workshop introduces a variety of mangoes and information about their cultivation and fertilisation. Participants will also learn to make sweet fish sauce, which is a popular product of Jim Thompson Farm.

The Healthy Isan Germinated Brown Rice workshop presents an enjoyable experience of various rice farming methods and allows participants to learn about the making of khao hang, a traditional Isan germinated brown rice.

The Healthy Sunroot Kaentawan workshop introduces the cultivation of sunroot, a wonderful dry crop with many health benefits and its cultivation process, from seedling work, transplanting and field care to its use in food preparation.
