Internationally renowned Italian pianist Giusy Caruso will perform next week.
Italian pianist Giusy Caruso will perform at Goethe Institute on July 11 at 8pm.
Presented by D&M Music Studio, the recital will feature works by Debussy, Chopin, Albeniz, Ginastera, Rossini, Liszt and Rendano. It will be held at Goethe Institute, Sathon Soi 1, on July 11 at 8pm.
In 2009, Caruso won special mention at the Ibla Grand Prize international competition for her performance of Huit Preludes by Olivier Messiaen. Her interpretation of the preludes received critical acclaim in Italy and abroad.
She is also a recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the Cecilia Pisano Award and Elliodoro Sollima Award for her interpretation of a Beethoven sonata.
She has also performed, both solo and with orchestras, in international concerts and music festivals.
