The SET50 index climbed 8.62 points or 0.84% to 1,029.68 in trade worth 11.39 billion baht.
The MAI index fell 0.04 points to 521.91 points, with total transaction value of 2.45 billion baht.
Brokers, foreign investors and local institutions were net buyers of 534.38 million, 411.43 million and 188.27 million baht respectively while retail investors sold a net 1.13 billion baht.
