Dusit Thani Hua Hin presents an evening of music and dining featuring Thai classical music performed by the masters and protégés of Silpakorn Summer Music School on July 25.

Held under the theme “Gone With The Woodwinds”, the performance will feature many kinds of woodwind instruments — flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon — performed by Worapon Kanweerayothin, Victor Tam, Yos Vaneesorn, Supreeti Ansvananda, Kittima Molee and Nattawut Tianpolkrang, under the baton of Leo Phillips.

‘Gone With The Woodwinds’ will be held at Dusit Thani Hua Hin.

Leo has performed extensively as a conductor, violin soloist, chamber musician, leader and director of many world-renowned orchestras and ensembles.

Guests will be treated to stunning renditions of Mozart’s Gran Partita, music featured in the film Amadeus, Charles Gounod’s Petite Symphonie for wind instruments and Malcolm Arnold’s Three Shanties for wind quintets.

The concert will be held at the Royal Dusit Hall, starting at 6.30pm. There are three types of tickets: 500 baht for the show only, 1,400 baht including post-concert Thai buffet dinner and 1,600 baht including a four-course Italian set dinner.

All tickets include one complimentary drink during the pre-concert reception or the intermission.
