PF introduces new levels-based design

Property Perfect Plc (PF), the SET-listed developer, plans to introduce a new design that will increase the size of condominium units by a quarter while increasing construction costs by less than half that amount.

The new design by Property Perfect has higher ceiling heights to enable it to smash more walking space into a unit.

Wongsakorn Prasitvipat, the deputy chief business development officer, said the new design would have floor-to-ceiling heights of four metres, compared with the customary 2.4 metres.

Hmmmm...4 meter ceiling height, with a mezzanine. So under and above the raised platform is only 2 meters each? Actually less than 2 mtrs when you consider the thickness of the mez floor. Thais are getting taller, so it's gonna be a tight fit.
