MK Real Estate Plc will use the condominium boom to tap the high-rise residential market aggressively, launching at least three projects worth 1-2 billion baht each next year.
Chutima Tangmatitham, the assistant managing director, said the company plans to launch five new projects in 2013, with at least three condo projects near the mass transit system.
To support investment in the development, the low-rise residential developer will issue a 1-billion-baht debenture in the second half of this year from an approved 5 billion baht. Its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.39 times.
