Khao Yai National Park is making a comeback as a major destination for urban dwellers looking for second homes to diversify potential risks to their residences, say property firms.
Since last year's floods, Thais have become active in looking for second homes and country bungalows for holiday purposes.
They are also intended to be alternative homes should something unexpected happen to their primary homes, according to Plus Property Co's research.
