Iris Group, the property developer, will develop a 340-million-baht community mall with Venice-style canals in the Vacharapol area.
Chief executive Kittipong Sumanont said a company survey found credit card holders in this area hold as many as seven cards each, representing high purchasing power.
Some 400,000 people live on or near Vacharapol Road, which runs through the Don Muang, Laksi, Kannayao and Ram Intra areas.
