Sukhumvit tops in condo prices

Sukhumvit Road had the highest average selling price for condominiums last year, while Phetchaburi Road, the Silom/Sathon area and the Phaya Thai/Phahon Yothin area had the highest take-up rates, according to market research by Raimon Land Plc.
Sukhumvit was the price leader at 143,800 baht a square metre on average, followed by Phaya Thai/Phahon Yothin, Silom/Sathon and Rama IX/Ratchadaphisek.
The average selling price increased on the back of growing demand for condos in the central business district and limited supply, said the research report.
