Real Asset annnounces three city projects worth B1.6bn

Real Asset Development Co Ltd, the property firm owned by the Juangroongruangkit family, plans to launch three new projects worth a combined 1.6 billion baht.
Stories, a two-storey townhouse project, will be located on 20 rai in the On Nut area, with 216 units priced from 2.39 to 4.18 million baht.
The move is aimed at achieving 1 billion baht in revenue by the end of 2013, the company's second year in business.
