    11 Jan 2015 : The property market in Bangkok began to bounce back in the third quarter of 2014 as the new government settled in following the May 22 military coup and mass-transit development projects were restarted. Business and consumer confidence was markedly higher than in the first six months of the year, especially in the property market, as more buyers visited the sales offices of condominiums and housing estates. Launches picked up further, especially for condominium projects, in the fourth quarter, with both large and small developers active.
