Mergers and Acquisitions: L.E.K. offers unique M&A capability

In asset sales and business disposals, our strategic and
financial expertise is deployed in valuation, identification
of potential buyers, execution assistance and negotiation
tactics. The firm has served in this role in more than 300
completed transactions valued at a total of approximately
US$200 billion.
