When people compare the iPad with the Microsoft Surface, Surface fans will point to the fact that their tablet has a built-in kickstand and that its cover doubles as a keyboard.
Belkin has just rendered that argument moot. Connecting via Bluetooth, the Belkin Portable Keyboard Case offers a laptop typing experience and, when used in conjunction with the included folio, doubles as a flat-folding tablet cover and tablet stand.
Charged via USB cable, the keyboard can operate for 155 hours between charges and features a range of iPad Mini-specific shortcut keys to improve productivity.
Available for pre-order from Amazon, the Belkin Portable Keyboard Case will be officially available at the end of November, priced at $79.99.
