Nintendo 3DS game "Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies" is to receive a rolling program of 365 daily puzzles in addition to the 20 that ship with it.

As in "Professor Layton and the Last Specter," feline companion Keats will be on hand to help players keep track of which puzzles have not yet been solved.
Released in Japan on February 28, the Azran adventure marks a sixth and final outing for the amiable boffin.
The series has spawned several imitators, including "Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights," whose star was instead mean and grouchy, and beat-matching music game "Rhythm Thief & The Emperor's Treasure."
Should "Azran Legacies" follow the example of previous game "Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask," North American, European and Australian regions can expect a release in fall 2013.
