Following the March release of "BioShock Infinite," developer Irrational has made available a selection of eight alternative covers ready to print off and replace the game's original artwork.
Where the retail release featured reluctant main character Booker DeWitt, six of the alternative selections make prominent use of co-conspirator and computer-controlled game heroine Elizabeth.
Three evoke the early 20th-century era in which the fantastical events of "BioShock Infinite" take place.
It released internationally on March 26 to critical fanfare, three weeks after "Tomb Raider," allowing it to capitalize on a lull in traditional action games pending the arrival of fellow non-numbered sequels "Dead Island: Riptide" the week of April 23 and "Metro: Last Light" later in May.
