SleepBot is an intuitive smart alarm and sleep-cycle tracker that lets you record movements and sounds throughout the night. The app allows you to customise how you want to sleep and allows you to wake up gently each morning during your lightest sleep phase. Listen to soothing ambient soundtracks as you fall asleep.
SleepBot has many helpful features, such as Smart Wake Up, where a gradual alarm will go off based on movements and noise within 30 minutes before the first alarm. It has a multiple-alarm capability, and movement tracking with adjustable sensitivity easily comparable with sound graphs, as well as sound tracking that shows detailed sound graphs that let you playback noise. There are 10 custom-designed alarm soundtracks designed for the Smart Wake Up. With long-term trend graphs, you can view sleeping and waking times and your sleep quality over time.
The Statistics feature enables you to analyse sleep debt and average sleep, and you can find out how to fall asleep or stay awake from quick action lists in the Sleep Help menu.
Backing up and restoring your sleep data and viewing it online is easy with the Automatic Sync function. The app is a simple punch-in widget with auto silence and aeroplane modes.
