J&T Fruit Parcel supports nationwide fruit delivery, aiding farmers and the agricultural sector by ensuring the freshness of delivered produce. Additionally, J&T COD (Cash on Delivery) Next Day offers walk-in and VIP customers a convenient 2.4% service fee rate for COD parcels, with no minimum amount required and next-day remittance after successful delivery.
J&T Fulfilment, operating adjacent to J&T Express's sorting centre, provides comprehensive B2B and B2C warehousing and fulfilment services, capable of processing an average of 150,000 orders daily to meet customers' one-stop service needs.
Over five years, J&T Express has significantly contributed to the parcel delivery industry, increasing its parcel volume by over 50% in 2023 compared to 2022, with a notable 80% surge in March 2024 alone. Additionally, the company improved its delivery lead time by 10% in 2023, with a further 7% enhancement in March 2024.
These achievements underscore J&T Express's commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction, highlighted by its October 2023 official listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code "1519") and its November recognition in the "BUSINESS+ Product of the Year Awards 2023" for Transportation and Logistics.
