Prince Palace Hotel's location on Damrongrak Road sees it in a government and commercial office centre of Bangkok, and also among old town attractions and with access to the nearby expressway. The hotel is housed within Bobae Tower, known as a wholesale garment and fashion centre with a myriad shops selling such products. The site was once the Mahanak Palace of Field Marshal Prince Kromaluang Nakhon Chaisri Suradej, a son of King Rama V, and it is from this the hotel takes its name.
The hotel's rooms feature satellite/cable TV, IDD telephone, minibar, safe, coffee/tea set and hairdryer, with high speed internet access available. Hotel facilities include three lobbies, two swimming pools, a choice of restaurants and bars, fitness centre, spa, business centre, function rooms for up to 2,000 people and internet cafe. Wireless internet access is available in selected areas.
