Located on Noina Bay on Samet Island's northern coast, Mooban Talay Resort loosely translates to 'the village by the sea' and was designed to portray the story of Pra Apai Manee or the Prince and the Mermaid, written and set on the island. The legend is reflected in the resort's 24 bungalows, each one with a painting illustrating a specific part of the story. They are in Standard, Superior and Deluxe categories.
Resort facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant and spa, while activities on offer include sea canoeing, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, wake boarding and knee boarding.
