Chalet Hill is spread across fields and gentle slopes in the Khao Yai countryside at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level, which makes for cooler weather than elsewhere in Thailand year round. The hotel offers 20 chalet rooms in Chalet-1, Chalet-2 and Rainbow-2 categories and 40 rooms in Rainbow-1 and Mountain-View categories, while for those who want to stay camping-style, there are tents with bedding.
Hotel facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant, clubhouse, snooker club, karaoke and function rooms. Activities on offer include biking, horse riding, hiking, camping, bird and butterfly watching and local sightseeing.
