The King Rama VI Monument is located at the gate to Lumpini Park, overlooking the busy Sala Daeng junction. Corrado Feroci, an Italian sculptor constructed the monument with the help of four Thai artists on 7 June 1941 and it was finished on 27 Mar 1942.
