The Museum of Bamboo Crafts was founded in 1997 and has on display the history of bamboo basketwork products which Thailand's people have used for generations: rice farming, tools, animal traps, containers, cooking utensils, baskets, wide-mouthed jars, fish traps, chicken coops. There are exhibition boards explaining the history of basketry, the basketwork done in other different places and the development of basket products.
