Old City of Uthai Thani is a beautiful old city of Thailand and one of main attractions is Chaeng Temple, which remains the same until now. In this temple, there is a prang built in 1538 whose top was destroyed by the Burmese army and was reconstructed in 1985. There are many ruins around here to explore, such as Hua Mueang Temple, which has ruins of an Ayutthayan-styled ordination hall and small ancient pagoda. Many other attractions and markets to visit and to explore in the area.
