The Nang Loeng Market is located just north of Banglamphu, off Nakhorn Sawan in Bangkok. It is more of a food court than a fresh market, and the main hall is dominated by stalls selling prepared dishes like various curries, noodle soup, pad Thai, Thai desserts and sweets. At lunch the market is packed with hungry employees from the surrounding area. Behind the market is an old wooden building once used as a cinema called Chaloem Thani.
