Information
Chopsticks Hill (Khao Takiab) is a favourite site to visit for tourists to take in the sights and view the large families of monkeys here. A few years back the monkeys seemed to be just at the top of the mountain around the bottom of the temple area, but now there are groups of them all around and down the hill almost to the fishing boat area. So "chopsticks hill" is quite interesting. And at the "bottom" of the hill the eating places near the fishing boats are very reasonably priced compared with say the night market in Hua Hin if not quite as salubrious.
