The Tham Khao Chan Ngam Cave is located approximately 58km southwest of the Nakhon Ratchasima city, off of Highway No. 2. It consists of a series of rock formations, and the cave is notable for its prehistoric paintings with figures of people and animals drawn in coarse red paint.
