The festival is held annually as a tradition that has been inherited for a long time. The local residents and tourists can enjoy the fresh seafood which Rayong is famous for. There are also Miss Pla Phayun beauty pageant, cultural performances, sports competitions, music contest, celebrity football match, comedy, alcazar, and light and sound presentation. All festival goers will have chance to get lucky draw prices; you will have to keep the stub of the ticket. This festival is held on 27-29 February every year.
