The spectacular sight of the white and pink blossoms of Dok Sieo at Phu Chi Fah can be admired. Coincidently, it blooms around Valentine’s Day which makes a romantic getaway. During the festival, there are performances from hill tribes such as Hmong, Akha, Yao and there are hill tribe beauty pageants, archery shows, hill tribe’s top spinning shows, Hmong’s ball games and local products sales. The festival is held from February 13–15 every year.
