Wat Bupharam is located on Plai Khlong Road on Highway No.3 in Trat. The road entrance is opposite the Trat Hospital. It was built around 1648 in the Ayutthaya era and has the oldest wooden viharn in the country. The architectural style and the remaining wall murals are of early Rattanakosin influence with a Chinese touch. The temple museum has holy relics, Buddha statues in different postures, as well as old Chinese and European porcelain items.
