Over the past years, I've visited this property on Wong Amat Beach north of Pattaya a couple of times.
The first time I went it was known as Aisawan Resort & Spa. Then it became Pullman Pattaya Aisawan. And since April of last year it has changed again, this time as Pullman Pattaya Hotel G.
Last weekend was my first visit since it adopted the current name, which may one day become a prominent brand of its own. The low-profile owner also has another property in Bangkok, the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, and more in China. No matter what it's called, this place seems to enjoy good occupancy every time I have been there. Obviously, it's very popular among Russian and Chinese tourists.
For this visit I stayed at a recently renovated 48m2 suite that comes with club benefits that includes breakfast at the more private VIP lounge instead of the main restaurant and faster check in at a separate Le Club Priority Desk.
The hotel has 353 guestrooms of eight types.
