Information

Nam Phong National Park is a sandstone mountain range quite akin to most mountain ranges in northeastern Thailand. The Phong, Choen and Chi are the main rivers that flow into the the Ubonrat Dam. Some steep mountains and cliffs come into contact with the reservoir below. There is also an immense plain area at the foothills which is about 600 metres above mean sea level.
