Five main main islands make up Surin, including two large twin-like islands consisting of the Northern Surin Island and the Southern Surin. The two islands are divided by a 200-metre-wide shallow sea, such that you can walk across to the other island during low tide. They are considered to be one of the most fertile shallow coral reefs of Thailand.
