Set amid tropical gardens a 10-minute drive from Chiang Mai airport, Fondcome Village is inspired by the traditions and culture of northern Thailand and the Hmong, Lua, Akha and Mlabri people. Its 50 rooms are decorated in various styles reflecting northern Thai, tribal and Sibsongpanna art and culture. They are in Tai Yai Villa, Mlabri Wild House, Lua Villa, Hmong Villa, Hua Vieng Fort Villa, Akha Villa, Karen Villa, Kaew Kwan Villa Ground Floor, Kaew Kwan Villa Upper Floor, Missionary Villa, Sibsongpanna Villa, Kon Muang Villa, Phaya Villa Ground Floor, Lunar Nest Ground Floor, Phaya Villa Junior Suite and Lunar Nest Golden Suite categories.
Facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant, mini theatre and karaoke room and meeting room for up to 60 people. Conferences can be arranged indoors and outdoors for up to 100 people, with camp fire and Khan Toke dinner-style functions.
