Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Certainly a reason to chose The Eugenia for our next stay in Bangkok.

The most beautiful hotel, with such great style! The room was fantastic, the bath and toiletries left us smelling gorgeous, and the bed was sooooo comfortable! Breakfast was served in a great way, and the setting was perfect. We loved our stay, and wished had arranged for a longer stay!

This is not a businessmans hotel. This is different. Totally different. This is old, kozy and we can feel the walls tells old history. This is not a boring, regular hotel. This is soul. This is home. The staff is all fantastic - and everybody seems to love this house and the work. Ehh.. this is not work. This is lifestyle. We loved the house and the garden . Food great, but maybe a bit slow. Boring winelist. Free phone. Free minibar . Free, fast WiFi all over for smartphone and laptops/iPads. Maybe location is great anyway? Just stay home . Use the pool. Relax. Great beds. Nice linnen. We are impressed. Long live Eugenia. We will stay again. And again. And again.

We had a lovely stay at The Eugenia. Not all the staff speak English well but they were all very lovely and helpful. The food was fantastic! My only comment is that the place could be a little better maintained. It was very clean but was a tad run down.

The Eugenia, Bangkok is a delightful boutique hotel, with a very personal style and service. It s a bit quirky but if you re looking for a change from the big 5 star hotels, this is a great option. Nice pool for relaxing around - but small and I wouldn t recommend it for children. The vintage cars wern t available during our stay which was a shame, but they do have their own Tuk-Tuk to run you around the locality.

Absolutely lovely experience! From the simply decorated colonial style bedroom with a four poster bed and copper bathtub, to the warm and richly decorated salon and lounge, to the exceptional welcome of the staff - we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay The Eugenia. The delicious breakfast in the morning was served by the pretty pool area -at night we would hang in the lounge for a night cap and you can browse the interesting collection of books in the library. The cute maid s uniform adds a very nice touch as do the soft Belgian bed sheets and the smell of Jasmine candles in the hallways. I highly recommend this small boutique hotel. ps. they have a blue 1968 Jaguar parked outside the hotel and you can request to get picked up from the airport in it!

Great Place, Great staff. The location was a little far from the main road/transport, this was overcome by the in-house tuk-tuk. Surprised the soft drinks in the mini-bar were free and Telephone calls were free. Breakfast was also great.
Reservation service:
Very simple, easy and convenient. Was confused why only one breakfast was provided when the room was booked for two. Anyway the hotel was kind enough to allow the breakfast to be shared.
