Excellent value! I loved the quiet ambiance of the hotel; the owners were very attentive and helpful. This should be three stars, not two. We had the seaview suite which was bright, clean and airy. It should be named seaglimpse rather than seaview though. Songthaews to HuaHin are 15 baht, and you can get a tuk tuk or taxi for 100-150 The hotel is close to convenience stores, and a couple of good outdoor Thai street restaurants which had excellent food. A three minute walk to the beach, which is huge at low tide, and non-existent at high tide.

We stayed a week here. Everything was perfect, the proximity to the beautiful white beach, the seafood restaurants close by, the congenial hostess and her helpers. The swimming pool is small but private and clean. We had the whole top floor (seaview) which caught the breezes, very comfortable, two bathrooms, two balconies. Highly recommended. Climbing four flights of stairs very good for exercise.

Очень хорошая гостиница и милый персонал. Завтраки вкусные. До моря 1 мин пешком. До центра можно доехать за 10 бат и 5 мин на green-bus.

We were treated like royals, probably because we were paying full day rate in stead of 24 day stay rate..... Spacious room, effective, silent, AC and good room service. Pleasant servants.....

Good place to stay, however, the rate charged was the one day stay rate and for a 24 days stay, a 50% discount seems to be the rule....

The hotel is only a few minute walk from public beach and not so far from Hua Hin town and ~5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Village Market (with Tesco Lotus supermarket) where you can shop, see movie, eat. Newly-opened 7-Eleven is very close. Many food shops are within walking distance. Standard room is quite spacious, separated into 3 areas: bedroom with TV&air, bathroom with shower and living area with zink, fridge, sofa, small terrace. Only top floor has seaview. What is not good for me is air-con was not quite cool until the next morning. What is best is the staff was so friendly and helpful and microwave/ oven/ coffee/ tea were free 24hrs downstairs.
