Thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay here, good location and was updated to seaview room. The pool was nice but there were only 4 loungers and not all had cushions. No pool towels either.

Ча-Ам небольшой городок где отдыхают в основном местные жители. Великолепны и дешевы рыбные рестораны находящиеся около рыбного рынка. все продукты наисвежайшии. При вас они выберут продукты иприготовят.

The hotel is ok, on the website the say the fitness is finish but it still not finish. The breakfast is poor for 250 thb.

Superior room is very small, but well furnished. No in-room personal safe and bath robe as they claim. So-called double-bed is 2 small single beds put together. If you expect a big comfortable real double-bed, you will be disappointed, me too. Wi-fi internet is not free: very expensive. Bathroom is small and has only shower, no hot water for washbasin. The electric socket in bathroom is very close to water tap; risking of electrocution. Cleanliness, not only in the room but everywhere, is only fair. Lifts look like new, but in fact very old and unreliable. We were stuck in the lift which kept running up and down between 1st and 6th fl. like in a horror movie. We kept pressing ‘help-button’, no help. Finally, I, with my bare hands, forced the lift-door open when it stoped at ground floor and climbed out off the lift. My wife was shaking and had trauma with that. The staff apologised and explained that the technicians were performing a test with the lift. I hardly bought that because no even warning board anywhere nearby the lift. Open-air lobby outlooks to the beach is quiet cosy if you don’t mind busy traffic along the road. Receptionists’ manner is fair. Pool is on rooftop with sea view, not bad. Beach is across busy small road. Hotel preserves a small space on the beach for their beach chairs, but not clear that those are preserved for hotel guests. So, they are sometimes occupied by street vendors and local tourists. Breakfast is just fair serving in open-air-restaurant facing that busy road and beach. Parking space is extremely limited. Conclusion about room, facilities and services: only fair, not deserve 4 stars as they claim. Comparing with other ones, we can rated them only 2,5 stars. About the beach comparing to our last visit 2 years ago, very disappointing; dirty, beach chairs everywhere and stalking street vendors. Pavement is fully covered with vendor-stalls and goods Pedestrians have to risk their lives walk on the road. On the beach side, filthy with overload garbage bins, smelly rotten food. You have to zigzag between taxis and vehicles which siege the beach everywhere. I won t visit Cha-am beach again if the city council doesn’t do anything to better their beach and etc.
