Royal Phala Cliff Beach Resort (Formerly Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa) is actually located on Pala Beach, Ban Chang, Rayong. The new destination apart from Phuket, Samui or Hua Hin, situated in a splendid private beach, beautiful scenery and only a few minutes from Ban Chang district, Eastern Seaboard and U-Tapao International Airport, 200 km. estimate 2.5 hours from Bangkok and 30 minutes drive from Pattaya. The hotel has 24 hours secured by CCTV and security is working completely all day and night. Private beach Resort has totally 90 of deluxe rooms; all of them have perfect views over gulf of Thailand and landscaped tropical garden. All rooms have all facilities that will comfort the guest while staying at our resort.

the best place for lovers with a car or motorbike! People who love freedom and peace find their pleasure there! we were lucky ,because the new hotelsection was just finished and no guests there yet ! so we had a big pool for ourselves! Beach needs to be cleaned so you can realy use it! thanks for the perfect stay for us!

Beach/view are great, you cannot swim here since it is to dangerous but nice swimming pool. You need your own transport since it is very remote but for people who like this it is ideal. They are in the middle of a newbuild project which will make the hotel even better.

Good resort: - recommend to family - beach is very near - good service - but, location is not good: nothing to do near beach (only swim, and enjoy time at hotel: swimming pool)

Very good rooms with a well done cleaning. Also very quiet. Good and excellent service and also a very friendly staff. Bus service to and from Banchang which were nice. Wireless internet was much to expensive and the charge 200 Thb for one hour. Inside Banchang on an internetcafe was the charge 20 thb for one hour. The aircondition on the room was very good but they make a lot of noice. Totally it is a very good hotel to a very good price. I will strongely recommended it.

In general, services are good in comparison to the economical price. Well manitained and clean hotel. Food is very good too. Recommend to economy vacations in Rayong.

Location is nice but the hotel is abit old and in need of some TLC. The beach is aweful. Trash as far as you can see. The staff is hardly helpful. They have no idea how to serve a customers needs. Comfortable bed. Clean room. There are no taxi s in Ban Chang to speak of and the hotel car will cost you 200Bhat for a 5km drive to town. I had washing done there once. 400Bhat for a kilo of washing. Way too overpriced. Take a lap top and hope for the best. You have to purchase pre-paid internet cards that are way overpriced. 200 Bhat per hour. Nice pool.

Staffs are very nice. Room is very good, sea wind everytime. Sand and beach are very bad, and very dirty. You have to swim in swimming pool rather than in the sea. Hotel food are good and not expensive, compare to outsider s. If you want to take a rest and enjoy sea air, this is your choice. If you want exciting, or swimming in the sea, you should choose another place.

Lovely room, nice staff. Not many guests, so very peaceful and relaxing. Spa was excellent, but but bit pricey. Nice pool and lower deck for sunbathing. Good for the price
