Wonderful service! Breakfast buffet better than many Las Vegas hotels. A good mix of Asian and Western dishes. The pool is first rate and on a wonderful beach. Close to everything, yet still private.

Very nice place, great rooms (Grande sea view). Good attentive staff, all round a beautiful place to visit. Beach location good but a little far from the main night life area.

A little slow on reply to my date change requests although I think this was because they could not get me a refund when reeduing my stay from 6 to 5 nights (hotel booking agreement - not Sawadee), other than that no issue as usual.

I had trouble with my new apple macbook air after using the hotels WiFii, i had to go to an expert and reboot the harddrive, the computerexpert explanation was that the firewall at KC Grande hotel was not secure. I suggest the hotel make sure they have secure firewalls at all time.

Two coupels from Sweden staid at this excelent hotel. All the staff at the hotel was very kind and serviceminded. The breakfast vas excelent. The rooms greath an so on. Yes we loved everything abouth the place, The poolarea, the beach and the sea. But most of all we loved the staff who worked in the poolresturang and the poolbar.

KC grande is a wonderful resort, and we love staying there. Only comment is that the prices have increased a lot since the building of the new hotel building. We hope that the prices will not increase further, or we would have to look for another place to stay when staying on White Sand Beach.

The Sauna was broken and no offort was made to fix it. Deluxe Beachfront Villas are getting old and could use a renovation. Otherwise this is a great hotel and this was our second visit. We will come back again.

Getting to Koh Chang Take a taxi from near Trat’s Bus Station for the 20-minute drive to Laem Ngop or From the airport, The ferries depart from the pier between Ao Thammachart and Ao Sapparos every hour, from 07.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m. The trips take about 30 minutes.
