On line booking was simple and it was useful being able to leave a deposit and handy that I was prompted by e mail to pay the balance at the appropriate time, well done and thank you all for a pleasant stay, I will come again.

Very efficient,polite and friendly,I was refunded the money when I stupidly paid At check out having already paid when I booked on line, thanks to the switched on front office manager,your honesty is refreshing!!

what a joy to arrive in Ploy Palace Hotel with a sawasdee voucher, even they do not speak perfect english they greeted us nicely. The room was well decorated with a small toy animal on the bed, some fruits on a plate and a vase with a decorative leave. Much better than two months ago, they improved their service.

surprisingly nice hotel, rooms well equipped, even with a fruit plate as welcome. Staff friendly, however with poor english knowledge. Badly lit 3rd floor leading to small swimming pool. Crowded with noisy wedding party guests.

surprisingly nice hotel in such a small city. Staff smiling and very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, even a fruit basket welcomed us. Breakfast below expectation, the toast is dry like paper, westerner will not enjoy this breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel staff do not know anything about the surrounding of Mukdahan, we found Phu Pha Thoep National Park by coincidence and it was a real great three hour walk we enjoyed there.

Well appointed medium sized room. A plus was to have the mini bar fridge at body level and NOT on the floor like most hotels. Bathroom Ok with basic toiletries ( good sized hand soap). Bright and airy dining room for nice buffet b fast and hot dishes. No international News or movie channels on cable. 15 minutes walk to the riverside area. B 40-50 to bus terminal by tuk tuk.

An excellent hotel in nearly all respects. Rooms were a good size standard with nice facilities. Only small gripes which are hardly worth mentioning. Despite the general good upkeep of the hotel it was interesting to note they were already refurbishing rooms rather than letting them become totally decrepit like so many other, once very good, hotels in Thailand I have stayed at.

I can say The Ploy Palace was a great place. There were only 2 things I would ask them to do. Make sure the breakfast Buffet stays hot. The food was often cold because the sterno was out. The other One English speaking channel on the TV CNN would be great just to watch the news. I really enjoyed my time there the people very kind and profestional
