We stay many years when we are in Chiang Mai always in the Empress Hotel. Very good hotel good location,good rooms,buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. Close when you want to go to the night market( 10 min. walk) We recomment this hotel to everybody when they go to Chiang Mai.

Good Hotel and Staff were very helpful. The Breakfast Buffet included with your room was very very good! The only problem is the distance from the hotel to the night market however I believe in the future I will stay here again.

The facility of the hotel is good but the service was very bad. The hotel s staff were rude. I would suggest to take one of the other hotels in Cheng Mai.
