The Athitan Boutique Resort located on Padad – Chiang Mai is unique from the other, because the resort is decorated by mixed Thai architecture, Thai's traditional, and old culture in Chiang Mai Lanna. And the best one at Athitan villas is a service which ours hotel staffs always give a warm welcome to all guests. Each luxurious accommodation at the resort is complete with full equipment and facilities such as a pleasant swimming pool, free high-speed wireless internet, kitchen, restaurant and sun terrace in a green garden are for relaxation and refreshment. We'd like to mention the Athitan Boutique Resort to all you, because the resort is appropriate for any sex and age. Especially we're also prepared cars service to go to the old city, Night Bazaar, Chiang Mai’s ancient city included transfer to the Chiang Mai Airport, Riverview, 15 min from airport, and 15 min from city center.

Accommodation and facilities:
We enjoyed our stay (3 nights) at Athitan Villas very much. The two girls that run the 4 room hotel are truely delightful. Their genuine desire to fullfill our every need, their attention to detail and their pleasant disposition made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was nicer and larger than we expected and having breakfast out by the pool overlooking the river was very nice. The one drawback (that others have mentioned) is that the location is away from the downtown & old town and some drivers had difficulty finding it. We would stay there again should we visit Chiang Mai again.

Booking was neat, clean and timely. No surprises or delays!

It s a very small, very familial villa, with very nice pool, beutiful and spacious rooms and a very nice staff with friendly support. It s highly recommend to stay there - we will come back again...
