The Golden Pai & Suite Resort Mae Hong Son a Lanna & Shan style resort. Surrounded by the wonderful nature at Bann Pangmoo, Muang District Mae Hong Son Province.
The Resort are situated at the middle of the mist mountains on the scenis site of the Pai river, 5 Kms. From the city.
The Golden Pai and Golden Suite Resort's accommodation consists of 30 standard rooms and 40 deluxe room, all with amenities such as air conditioning room, TV., mini bar and hot shower. To feel with Lanna and Shan style atmosphere and see a way of local life, other facilities include the riverside restaurant and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi.
Breakfast is low quality comparing price (limit of food & drink)

With one more couple we were the only guests. I was here 6 years ago and in that time it was a busy hotel. Now it looks deserted. The rooms where clean but small for the amount of money. Dinner and breakfast are ok and the location of the restaurant. It is very quiet. And for people without their own transport i is great is too far from Mae Hong Son city. And there is nothing to do except reading a good book which is not bad. Internet was not working and the Tv had only 3 thai channels. Therefore the price should be lower.

I prefered to pay cash to the hotel. There is no choice it was already credited from my card.

Nice resort. A bit too far from the city. But close to river and not so far to several interesting places such as Pang Tong Royal Project, Fish Cave and Ban Rak Thai. Recommend if you really want to close to nature.
