Topland Hotel & Convention Centre is conveniently located in the heart of Phitsanulok town, just 7 min from the airport and 5 min from railway station. The hotel is a part of the handsome new Topland Plaza Shopping Complex – a deluxe hotel with an ultra-modern 17 story building completes with indoor parking for 500 cars and rooftop helicopter landing pad.
The accommodation in the hotel is deluxe, includes 243-standard rooms, 9 luxurious business suites, 5 executive suites and a Royal Suite with Jacuzzi. All rooms have exclusive interiors featuring every luxury, useful facilities, and courteous services, all merged to ensure maximal relaxation.
This hotel is old and tired. Wallpaper falling off the walls mould on the walls windows leak when it rains, carpet smells and is dirty, tiles broken in the bathroom, cleaners never clean, and even asking them they still not do. There is no pool service. Do yourselves a favor and don’t stay at this hotel.

A good hotel, rooms clean, air conditioning is fine, friendly staff. Location by the river and within a small shopping complex. Only negative is that you have to be very careful with the shower. Having set it it will go scaldingly hot before returning to the temperature set. It is extremely dangerous so be careful particularly with children and I always had the shower head nearly vertical so when it did become extremely hot I could move back out of the stream of water.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and always happy with the rooms. I am however surprised that the hotel do not provide free wifi.

The hotel is luxury, the staff friendly and the breakfast with everything you want. The rooms have nice view on the city, the restroom was over the Thai standard. The position is good and there is a big mall inside the hotel, very useful. Nothing to complain, it s the best hotel in town.
