The Asian Hotel, Hat Yai – Songkhla puts your right in the heart of Hatyai’s business and shopping district is located on Nipat-Uthit 3 Road. Hat Yai is well-known for its great bargain and street level purchases which can be more fun for tourists who want to explore local shopping.
Transportation by the doorstep offered easy access to the rest of the city's main attraction. In the vicinity, Kim Yong market, major department store, bank, nightlife and the speciality shop provide an alluring blend of entertainment and delectable dinning choices. Moreover, the Hat Yai International Airport is a short driving only 25 minutes.

Might look ok on th pictures, but it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at... Dirty rooms, mould in the bathroom, strange smell in the room. Breakfast buffet, but not the regular content - just toast, egg and thai food. VERY epensive taxiservice to the airport...

Booked for 3 Superior rooms but was offered a family suite and 1 superior room at the end. Size of rooms was average but very old and run-down. Bathrooms were cramped, poorly equipped and hazardous to shower. Airconditioning controls for all 3 rooms were out of order, always stayed at 20 degree C, freezing! No tea/coffee making facility, no safe. Quality of breakfasts pathetic. Reception staff not friendly at all, then again, generally many unfriendly Thais we encountered on the streets in Hatyai during the 3-days stay there. Frankly, very poor value for money and apprehensive to visit this place again though I last visited this town 18 years ago with great experience of the genuinely friendly Thai people then. The Thai I met recently had totally changed my perception with this so called Land of Smiles .

The hotel was centrally located but the facilities were poor. The rooms were clean but rather old. There was no hairdryer, safe deposit and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast served was pathetic as there was no cereals (cornflakes) and bread served. The locals were seated at the staircase entrance of the hotel and nothing was done about it.

Altogether a very nice stay in the family room. My family enjoyed it and it was very affordable. Bath was a bit too cramp but it was ok. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good location with shopping facilities nearby. Try it.

Sawadee give good reply n very convenient in booking room at anywhere in Thailand. Easy n excellent. I just want to suggest if the sawadee system can reply the comfirm booking by one day is better for the customer.
