Accommodation and facilities:
The location Laguna Phuket is great, one comment for a more sustainable approach on the environment is to exchange the Diesel shuttle buses with a more enironmentally friendly alternative. This would be as well less noise disturbing for the customers.

Accommodation and facilities:
The unit was good and very neat and tidy. I will recommend to insist on a pool view room if travelling with children. We had a golf view - we were told there were not poolside rooms available (it looked like there were though).

2 bedroom suite is good for a family. There is a good kids club. The shottle bus and shottle boat is very good service. We enjoy our 4 days/ 3 night stay.

Good sized 2 bed apartments with everything you need for a family trip. The restaurants were a little disappointing, but you can easily head to the other hotels by shuttle or ferry. We had some issues on check-in since they did not have any of our room type available, and in the end our room was not available until 6 p.m., which was rather frustrating travelling with 2 young children.
