Perched on the headland overlooking the pristine Andaman Sea, Pullman Phuket Arcadia offers luxury seaside accommodation on Naithon Beach. The hotel is only 15 minutes drive from Phuket Airport.
All sumptuous guestrooms are adorned with contemporary Thai-style interiors with warm tones and feature an array of modern amenities. The resort also has a full range of world-class facilities. The 2 restaurants and 3 bars offer a variety of delicacies with an outdoor area to enjoy the stunning views. Three on-site swimming pools overlook the beach while the spa offers rejuvenating pampering by the sea with a number of specialized treatments.

Accommodation and facilities:
Initial response - what a beautiful resort. Immediately there-after - was ashamed to find air conditioner did not work-TV did not work - Toilet would not flush-no new toiletries were placed in room - old items were left from previous guests-Flowers and arrangements were ?? old - Staff quits at 20:00 - phones would not connect to anyone. Menu was limited and soft drinks and beverages were extremely high priced (4 times Bangkok prices). Promptly contacted management - by walking around resort until we found lights on. Demanded a cleaner and functional room - Management responded with a different villa - al clean and nice. I was shocked to pay what we did for such a lousy first choice of rooms. Apprars resort is stagnating and I assume Owner/Management refuses to put any funds back in to the operation. Beaches were exceptional - as was viewpoint - underwater life exceptional. Bottom line - I felt Island staff were being shorted by owner/managers. Prices for what is available would be acceptable at $250.00 per night - that is all.
