Phuket Heritage Hotel is a neatly designed hotel featuring architecture of Chinese and Portuguese influences which have long been alongside Phuket’s history since the olden days. Charming accommodation with superior hospitality, the hotel is situated just a stone’s throw away from the northern tip of the sparkling white sand of Karon Beach. Only 15 minutes to the vibrant Patong, and 30 minutes to Phuket downtown.
Besides the comfortable guestrooms, numerous facilities offered on-site include swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi, restaurants serving savoury Thai, International, and seafood dishes, Traditional Thai massage and spa, internet corner, pool table, meeting room, tour desk, car and motorbike rental, transfer service, and many more.

Accommodation and facilities:
Hotellet ligger ganska bra i ett lite lugnare område. Tyvärr använder ett ryskt charterbolag hotellet, så 99% av de som bor på hotellet är ryssar. Menyer/info står på thai och ryska, ibland även engelska. Vi skulle aldrig välja hotellet igen...eller Karon beach....eller rentav Phuket. Allt kostar mer än på andra stället i Thailand, vi har varit där 5ggr nu och åkt runt en hel massa. En favvo är Koh Samui, Lamai beach!

This hotel was excellent for its location, just a short walk and you are at the beach and a little further along there is a road full of bars and restaurants, although this isn t Karon centre. The pool area is lovely and Karon beach was really nice. The only issue I had was that the floor didn t seem very clean in the room and the balcony was worthless, it was tiny with a terrible view and that let the room down. The only other issue was there were no other English guests and some of the other nationalities were very rude and would often barge you out of the way, this in itself would stop me from staying at this hotel again.

The Hotel is clean and presentable with an appealing ambience but somewhoat basic in service: no tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, no lift to 4th floor, quite loud traffic noise on street-facing rooms. Well located for beach access and food & shopping. Staff stuggle with English. Breakfast good. Rooms are all the same size, so adding an extra bed for a child was a bit of a squash!

There were no earlier comments to this hotel and that should give you a clue. The place is very OOOLLLDDD. The pictures taken several years ago. Everything smells quite damp. Otherwise no problems. But don´t trust the pictures....
